On March 18th, 2014, the Class A Floating Rate Secured Notes due 2021 of U.S.$232,000,000 units, and the Class B Floating Rate Secured Notes due 2021 of U.S.$58,000,000 units, which were issued by China Real Estate Asset Mortgages Limited, were listed on the Singapore Exchange.
This CMBS Project is comprised of two stages: CMBS Loan and CMBS Notes Issue. As the first stage of the CMBS Project, Dynasty Property Investment (Holdings) Limited as the Borrower, and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited as the Lender, completed a CMBS Term Loan of CNH 2,203,000,000.
